Absolutely stunning and gorgeous piece by the house of presage family.

The power reserve is such a useful complication, but it usually looks askew on the dial in my opinion. I once saw a photo of a watch (I forget what it was) that had a power reserve indicator on the movement itself, visible through the exhibition case back. I wish that was more common.

Very useful indeed but they can take abit away from the dial! There's quite a few brands doing rear power reserve indicators like Grand Seiko, VC and Panerai.

I’ve owned one for the last five years. I absolutely love it. I did change the strap as I wasn’t too enamoured with the original.

Such a handsome piece, barring the power reserve which appears to be nailed on....Intresting too the red 12 imitating the trench watches....by 1920 western watches had stopped doing this, I have a '23 with an enamel dial.....

Would have definitely assisted with referencing the time when quickly glancing at your time piece back then!

@@WristyBusiness I think that was the idea, especially trasitioning from pocket watches whose crown was at 12 not 3....
