What can I say. I'm a big fan of Seiko and Grand Seiko :-)
In memory of the 1964 Seiko Crown Chronograph
The Crown Chronograph from 1964 was the first wristwatch chronograph ever made by Seiko or in Japan. Every detail of the watch has been developed from scratch and the watch marks the beginning of the manufacture of Seiko chronographs. They have a simple one-button mechanism, but by using a column wheel to control the start, stop and reset functions.
The new Presage Chronograph with its domed sapphire crystal, its sharp based digit on the narrow bezel. Of course, every detail has been improved: the caliber 8R48 with 12-hour chronograph and 45-hour power reserve is used as the movement, the sapphire crystal has a super-clear coating on the inside and the strap size is polished using the Zaratsu process. The watch will be available worldwide in a limited edition of 1,000 pieces.
