Today I review a watch that a first glance looks absolutely stunning.
The W10 Style is is vogue just now with many brands such as Baltany, Steeldive, Merkur and Tandorio producing their own versions .
The W10 Tonneau is a treat to wear and the watch itself has a lot of history.
This Seizeinn W10 spins it and in pictures it looks absolutely stunning, but what is the truth here? Is this W10 the real deal?

Bronze brass, no matter, it’s all of little consequence. Both alloys, don’t rust but can show patina. The text is way over the top, the cryptic line ‘Special for KR & JP’ might be Korea and Japan, but then again it might be somebody’s besties initials, whatever definitely not required. All in all, no a bad wee watch, but being a wee wan, no for me. Thanks for video another clear concise no BS review! 👍🏼

That’s a great looking little watch. You’re going to convert me to these vintage military style watches sooner than later. Ha! Thanks for showing this one John. I agree that it is an interesting amalgam of the 'want to have' features. For the price one really ought to know what the case is made from. I also quite agree about the hands chosen. Not the best visibility - the hand size is the culprit. If past experience with Ali Express brands is a guide then a 'version 2' with the negatives tamped down is in our future.

I love this watch and I have it ordered (11.11) in Aliexpress. From my point of view, the options that you propose of the other brands, are no more aesthetic adaptations of those classic models. However, this model whose box we assume made of bronze, with a poor loom, a movement or Chinese calibre of the sixties, has managed to catch that time and give us the time now.

That's quite a nice looking watch and very slim. If it had a flat crystal it would be even slimmer. It has quite a bit of text on it, but it suits it. It could be a bronze coated stainless steel case, I've seen some Orient watches with this material. If it gets a patina later we will know !

Im not sure its bronze and they do a plain stainless steel version that is £30 cheaper. I own 2 Merkur watches and had this one in my cart, but seeing your great review has saved me money. Many thanks John.

I really want to like the watches from Merkur, but as long as they don't tell us what movement they are using and then slapping any random brand name on the dial in the same listing, it's a definite no on my behalf. While Baltany feel trustworthy and professional on one side of the spectrum, Merkur feel next to amateurish on the other side of the spectrum.

Style over substance, though still a looker with your brown leather strap. As with all those Murkers/FODs etc though, it's way overpriced for the spec compared to Baltany, Milifortic and the like. Love your videos, always straight to the point and no messing about.

Love the case shape and fit (I have the Steelflier shown), love a nice bronze (or bronze look??? Mine is a Steeldive CUSN8) watch ... not a fan of all the script on the dial especially LUMINOUS ... subseconds is nice but never a fan of the arabics being cut off to create it. Agree the hands look small and short (like the hands on a T-Rex) ... if I were a teacher grading it it would be nice try must do better.

Yeah, bit of a shame that one John, the crazy thing is to boldly display "LUMINOUS " on the dial when it's really not very at all, this could be good but falls way short for me, I kind of like the overall look but those hands need some more meat on them for a start, it's the kind of watch I could have bought if I had not heard or owned a few Baltany's which blow this out of the water, thanks for the review.
