The results or lack thereof speaks volumes. Koki applies his skills and as a result the business attracts customers who appreciate cleanliness. A practical manager would notice these details and reward accordingly. However the manager in this was an envious and complacent idiot. The assistant manager and staff however put value in the part timer’s work ethic. Together they prosper though the manager pursues schemes to drive the part timer out. So he wrongfully terminated the part timer and lies to the others about it. However nobody believes the lie and an investigation validates their suspicions. The balance returns as the bad manager is terminated and the part timer returns. The part timer shares his cleaning expertise with his loyal coworkers. Together they prosper once more. Also the assistant manager becomes the new one. She’s a humble one and so together her coworkers makes the shop a number one success for months to follow. Koki inspires others like him to be cleaning magicians.

The worst fate to the ex manager ( let’s name him Jacob ) : After Jacob was fired due to his jealously towards the MC he was permanently blacklisted on all companies because of his behavior. He also was disowned by his parents for firing a guy out of poor jealousy. He was also dumped by his fiancée when she found out Jacob looked down on cleaning staff. Jacob was left homeless and decided to rob the MC’s place and kill the MC as revenge for getting fired but however the MC caught him and he was instantly arrested on the spot, but the witnesses also noticed something else too, it turns out that the Ex a manager was also a serial killer and Jacob was responsible for the many killings of many people who were cleaning freaks, Jacob explains that he hates clean freaks and because of that the police sent him to the Gresley railway. Nigel Gresley was beyond furious at Jacob for his actions and because of that, Jacob had to work as a probationary cleaner for all the Gresley railway engines to a point where Jacob became a clean freak himself.

A lot of these stories are a bit far-fetched... as in they're situations that don't come up very often and most people will never encounter in their lives... but not this one. If you're a good worker, you WILL encounter a lower manager who feels threatened by your existence and they WILL do everything Un their power to fire you or force you to quit. You'd think upper management would see right thru that kind of BS but upper managers aren't hired based on their experience working their way up, they're hired based on their level of education and experience in management specifically so there's often a huge disconnect between them and the workers. Most upper managers also come from money, so they've never actually done entry-level work before. That's a big reason why so many businesses fail every year, because the upper management doesn't understand the needs employees or the customers.

I need to address that ex-boss right now: Who the hell do you think you are? Firing Koki just because you didn't like him and he was supposedly getting in the way of your one-sided crush with Harumi? Then to top it off you falsify his departure, saying he quit or he broke a rule that led to his firing. What is wrong with you? That is completely unprofessional, even for you. Firstly, it's wrongful termination. You can't terminate any employee unless they legitimately said or did something that was unprofessional at the workplace. Secondly, I think you had a personal vendetta against Koki for doing what you did. Lastly, you deserved to get fired. If you can't treat your employees or your subordinates with the professional respect of a manager, then you shouldn't be a manager, PERIOD.
