I know this video is a bit old now, but I just wanted to get this out.

@BigDBrian5 жыл бұрын
@@Hunter-rd2bp the sculptor was around at the time of tomoe&takeru so we'd learn more of him in such a dlc. Genichiro is established well enough as a character in the main game, besides the origin of his fighting style comes from Tomoe to begin with, so I'd rather get that directly. Genichiro's purpose in gameplay and the story is already fulfilled. (a bit more details on his backstory could be possible but I'm not really looking for another Genichiro fight)

@@the_furry_inside_your_walls639 midir v2 I mean the divine dragon we fight is pretty much not even the divine dragon's physical form. If he misses a parry does it count as a block? Cause in that Gyoubu fight he misses a parry and just blocks at 11:54. Just wondering.

Hey! Just watched the part and he didn’t miss it. There is always a distinct clanging sound with some orangish sparks :)

Jonathan Brown do you mean the second attack after he jumps? He definitely parried that but the one where Gyoubu swings his attack right after the jump, Sekiro is underneath him, and the attack goes above, but he blocks and it doesn’t look like it connects and there is not that distinctive ring.
@Indomitus_X4 жыл бұрын
CarzanX ok I watched it again and see the one you mean. To me, it looks like he was about to parry it but the bosses attack actually missed, so there was no contact at all! I could be wrong though, but surely someone on the stream would’ve noticed, right 😂

I want a Bloodborne 2. But... Fromsoft are kings of making new material. Sekiro is such a fast game. It does take elements from the souls games then gives you this freedom. Super fast freedom. Sekiro was hands down THE game of 2019. Like Dark Souls when you look back at it after a year you realise how truly groundbreaking it was. No game comes close to making you feel like a ninja. The combat is glorious. So after my meta ramble here back to my Bloodborne 'sequel' point. I want one. But Fromsoft are too good at innovating. I currently think Sekiro is their masterpiece. they just keep improving. What next? They have next gen consoles to work with.
