I am a jee aspirant and there was a question in my DPP in which it was given why is Mn2+(aqueous) lightly pink colour and [MN(CN)4]2- blue coloured tbh I wasn't able to conclude the results because in Mn2+ it was forming complex with water so it had 5 unpaired electrons and as we are taught that that unpaired electrons means colored complex but this video helped me thank you very much sir
