Sir I think iradium complex should be high spin so it must be labile as water is weak field ligand. Please clarify it

They are actually labile all with 2+ o.s. then we compare their inertness on the basis of zeff. You can also discuss their comparative labileness i.e Hg complex is highly labile and zn complex is least labile
