Here’s my theory, she’s driving to the girls so they can give her that magic thing. She goes on some dates thinking that each guy is the one for her, she uses the magic thing to reveal what they really are. This is because she created an illusion in her head that each guy was the right one for her but the magic reveals who they really are from the beginning. They turn into frogs because it’s the opposite of the typical frog prince story, instead of the frog turning into a prince, the princes turns into frogs because none of them are her Prince Charming. She keeps them in a cage until she realizes this isn’t the right thing to do, in the final scene the frogs are all released, that’s where she sets them free, she understand that the right thing to do is to let them go since none of them were good for her. This is a lot like her JB situation, she had to let him go to love herself because she realized keeping him around wasn’t good for her. Hope you understand better now
