People who are less ignorant would know that this is not play-back from the sound alone. If you have any ear you'd hear the difference with the studio version. Taking video as proof of playback is not a good idea because it happens that sometimes the video does not match the audio perfectly, either because it was like that when it was filmed or it became a problem in the editing process and uploading. That being said, she sounded pretty good for a live.

Even though the audio doesn't match the video, which I'll overlook, overtime she pulls the mic away from her mouth and listening to the audio, the volume never changes. The mic could be inches or a foot away and it sounds the same. Thats a dead give away. Sorry to break it to you. Watch and listen to Taylor Swift. Not saying she's a great singer, but you can hear a big difference from her live performances just from where the mic. Same with great singers like Mariah Carey or Christina Aguilera. There is always a slight variation in volume when singing live. This one is the same throughout.

When you sing different notes and pitches, you have to know how to move your mic either closer or far away from you face so as to have a more harmonious sound, which minimal observational skills and knowledge about live performances would tell you. You just have to listen carefully and you can clearly hear that it is not a perfect audio, like you find in playback or in live+playback performances. So, nah, you didn't break anything to me.
