Okay I’m gonna speak on something controversial so Selena fans don’t shoot the messenger and it’s very lengthy but hear me out.. The man you were reading and picking up on was NOT her husband. I truly believe is Dr.Martinez. Yolanda (the murderer) has stated in tv interviews that Dr.Martinez and Selena became close. Selena wanted to expand her Boutique business into Mexico. Dr.Martinez lived in Mexico and because he specialized in plastic surgery he had a lot of clients who were in the fashion industry. He helped Selena network with these fashion people & sorta get the ball rolling for her business ventures there in Mexico. Yolanda was Selena’s assistant at the time. Yolanda claims that she frequently traveled to Mexico with Selena alone to see this man to make business. Yolanda said at first it did start as a business relationship but over time she saw both this man and Selena becoming subtly romantic with each other. It was never made clear between the two IF they had feelings for each other. Their relationship was in that weird in between space of friendship and romance. It just became very weird. Especially because they both were already married. Selena was with Chris Perez, a man she fought to be with against her father wishes. Dr.Martinez was already of a certain age with a wife and two preteen daughters. Yolanda said she saw Selena struggle emotionally. That Selena fell in a bit of a depression because she was in the midst of making big life changing decisions. From making an English album that she kept fighting with her label to create cause they didn’t have faith in her abilities to pull in an English market, up keeping the Boutiques trying to start that dream of hers from the ground up, pleasing her fans demands of doing concerts, pleasing her family trying to be there for them, keeping her marriage vowels to her husband etc. Selena was being pulled in all these different directions. She was over worked and being spread way to thin. Yolanda said their trips to Mexico to see Dr.Martinez became sorta like mini vocation trips to get away from Selenas hectic life and this man who showered her with gifts, compliments & what she believed to be a genuine man interested in just talking to her as a human not a puppet of the entertainment world..Selena was falling for him a bit. Yolanda claims she discovered Dr.Martinez was plotting against Selena. He was going to black mail her for money or use her for notoriety in some way by being known as the man who had an affair with Selena the Queen of Tejano music. He would flirt and basically try to seduce Selena making her fall into his trap. Yolanda alleges he had planted a hidden camera in his limo with the intent of recording a sexual encounter between he and Selena. Yolanda claims that sexual encounter indeed happened. The only reason she knows about it is because she discovered the camera and saw the tape. She claims she took it straight to Selena and exposed this man’s bad intentions but due to the revelations that Yolanda was embezzling money from Selena and the unfortunate lies Yolanda told over the years that ended up just stacking up.. it became hard for Selena to trust her. She didn’t believe her when she said Dr.Martinez did not have her best interest. Though Yolanda is no saint. My theory is that Yolanda and Dr.Martinez started to work together once they found out their common goal was to get money out of Selena. They definitely plotted against her. I believe this because Yolanda keeps mentioning that she did not act alone there was another person that was part of the build up to the day of the murder in all this but she never states who. The actual murder though was just Yolanda’s own selfish doings due to an emotional meltdown of being discovered in a web of lies she couldn’t get out of. I don’t think the doctor wanted Selena killed.. just black mailed. I think all this information I’m telling you is information Selena didn’t wanna disclose to you during your reading. She tried distracting you with her music lol Btw Dr.Martinez for years has denied Yolanda’s claims. He made it clear he and Selena’s friendship was strictly business related and that his daughters were big fans of hers which is how they met in the first place by attending one of her concerts. Their friendship was clean and nothing of what Yolanda claims happened happened.. but then in 2011 he gave an exclusive interview to Univision admitting to Yolanda’s claims that he did indeed have an affair with Selena. But that Selena put an end to it really quick explaining to him that she was already married and what ever emotions was happening between them wasn’t right. Dr.Martinez said he held his feelings back and never admitted to Selena what he truly felt for her as he let their lil romance die because she was right. They had their spouses and separate lives already but he said Selena was “the one that got away” for him. The entire thing is very odd.. there is no solid proof of it so its just something you take with a grain of salt. Selena’s family and husband denies all this happened and even spoke up against Dr.Martinez calling him a liar and very delusional.. We’ll never truly know the truth unless Selena speaks on it.

Finally someone with some real sense. The truth is we all love Selena and could care less who she’s had sex with or if she actually cheated on Chris. It doesn’t make us love her any less. We just want to know the full truth as to why her life was cut short at age 23. I swear you and me think alike because I always wondered why Yolanda would embezzle 30 grand or more, whatever it was and think she could get away with it. I mean she does think she can lie her way out of things even after she’s been caught. She still tries to claim her innocence to this day instead of just showing remorse since her parole hearing is scheduled in less than 5 years. Anyway it does make sense as to why Selena wanted to handle things alone when it came to Yolanda because Yolanda was her confidant and trusted friend, her BFF. She probably told her more than she told Chris. She loved Chris but sometimes being under that much pressure you just kind of want to escape everything and Chris was in the midst of her and family’s craziness. Her father was the one who always put that pressure on her and never just let her be. Her mom always supported her. Her brother was pretty chill but he had a lot riding on him because he was the writer and producer of her music. Her sister seemed jealous of her but I don’t think she wanted her dead. Her family loved her, they were just not showing it the right way sometimes. The way Abraham, Selena’s dad treated Chris was disgusting. Even after she died Chris gave up all his marital rights to her and handed it all over to her dad. Suzette however didn’t make much of herself after Sel died, she’s really only known as Selena’s sister. Now back to Dr. Martinez. We all know Yolanda is a sociopath piece of shit that murdered Selena but the fact that we have our suspicions and now with this physic reading saying her murder isn’t solved, only makes me reassess the events leading up to her murder. I don’t think this girl is full of shit. I have a very open mind so I’m inclined to believe she has been in contact with Selena to an extent. At least I’d like to think that. Yolanda may be a pathological compulsive liar but is it ever possible she is telling the truth? That possibly what you’re saying about the love affair is actually true. Well Yolanda said the sex tape is in a safe in Mexico but the safe deposit box was never found. It’s possible someone else knew of its existence and removed its contents or she was just flat out lying. I don’t think she’d make this up though no matter how many people are angry and want her dead. I get that. I also like how you said she killed Selena out of anger, which is totally true. She might have been planning it but she hesitated a lot. She had ample opportunities to kill her but waited to see how Selena would continue to treat her following her betrayal. Once the target was on Selena’s back it was impossible to stop Yolanda unless someone knew she was going to kill Selena and could warn her. But no matter what she was going to get shot at some point. Yolanda purchased the gun twice based on how Selena treated her. However people need to detach and open their eyes to the possibility that there is more to story. Another theory I had is that Selena knew of the embezzlement beforehand and had Yolanda pay off Dr. Martinez to keep him quiet but Selena would never do that to her fans so that theory was immediately debunked. I mean although the prosecution saw the case as cut and dry, an easy slam dunk, it just seems like there was always more to the story and now we have confirmation from both Yolanda and Dr. Martinez. I mean the murder itself was out of anger. Yolanda was about to lose her friend and her employment so she couldn’t handle the insecurity of that loss, hence she snapped and shot her. She would’ve shot her again if she could because the motel witnesses saw Yolanda chasing Selena yelling “bitch” only to stop and walk back into the motel room then shut the door. She didn’t even care to see if she was ok so it was no accident, plus it take about 11 lbs. of finger pressure to get that type of gun to go off. According to Chris, Selena was extra stressed the in the days leading up to her murder. Acquiring those financial documents for tax season was her priority so she wasn’t thinking clearly to wonder if Yolanda would pull out a gun and shoot her but I read that Selena knew about the gun weeks before because Yolanda showed her and Selena insisted to her that she return it. Yolanda complied, at first. I mean for Dr. Martinez to come out 16 years after her death and confirm the affair rumors only makes me inclined to believe him. He has nothing to gain by coming out and said he didn’t initially admit it because he did it out of respect for her and her family. It’s only natural for the family to deny it, including Chris because they didn’t want to remember Selena in that way, they didn’t want her fans to remember her if she committed infidelities. Honestly it makes no difference to me, I still love her no matter what. We just wish she was still here with us alive and well.

I watched the series & watched interviews of Maria Celeste, & she clearly stated that its more of a investigative journalism series based on the book she wrote. She was just as confused of her murder as all of us were so she did what she knew best; investigate and report. She has a very high reputation in the Latinx community. She even interviewed the dad. But the dad says that her book and series is based on no facts, and that its based on what Yolanda had to say when she got interviewed. He also sent her threatening letters and tried to sue her but the court ruled against it bc it wasn’t defaming Selenas character.... so that in itself should speak volumes. The confusion around her murder probably has more to do with where her career was going. There was talk of her leaving not only her fathers management but also los Dino’s (her siblings and band). I think the siblings were supportive of this but not her dad obviously, and she didn’t fully want to do this. As far as Chris, her husband, he’s a good man I think. I know that he has carried the pain from her murder and always will so maybe that’s why he could have negative energy around him. All of the negative male energy could be from her father too, he never let her be a child or do anything she wanted to do. He forbid her from seeing Chris, so they eloped. Her dad even had banned her from seeing certain friends too because he didn’t like them. When she opened her boutiques he forbid the family from going to the openings because he didn’t support it. Her husband and his family were there and they helped a lot with them. Her dad really didn’t support her in doing anything she truly wanted to. She did love the music and performing but there was so much more she wanted, she was a go getter. She was even in business school through correspondence when she was killed. When Selena mentioned to you about her sister it was sed in another reading that Selena felt betrayed by her sister and that there was a secret about her sister that Selena killer (Yolanda) knew about and she was threatening Selena about exposing the secret. Selena father was very manipulative and controlling towards Selena this probably the reason Selena is distant from him although she still loves him. It was also said by another reader that Selena father was also responsible for Selena death. Her killer Yolanda was extremely obsessed with her which is one of a few other reasons why she killed Selena. She shot Selena in the back. I think the reason you feel like they don’t have the right person who killed Selena is because although Yolanda pulled the trigger, there is more than one person responsible for Selena death. Someone might have paid Yolanda to kill Selena. Selena was married up until the time of her death but she met a man older than her who she fell in love with. This love interest of Selena got very complicated because it was another man and not her husband. There was a third party.
