@@edithguzman7277 I don’t think anyone’s ever going to stop listening to Selena’s music. I listen to about four of her songs when I go to bed at night. I picture her in my head singing Dreaming of You. It’s sad that we never got to see her sing those songs. Poor Chris was asked by Selena to go listen to the song but he was busy and when she died he was kicking himself that he didn’t go listen. He didn’t know he would never hear her sing it. So sad and tomorrow is March 31. 26 years we lost that beautiful soul and beautiful singing angel.

@@Mel-dr6on Disagree. Madonna used corsets and bras since the '80s and perfectioned the cone bra in 1990, designed by Jean Paul Gaultier, in the famous Blonde Ambition Tour, Even in the Selena movie, it is quoted that Selena said that she wanted to wear those "like Madonna". Nothing wrong with this, she felt inspired by Madonna's fashion (like lots of artists), and then she put her spin on it.

She had so much left to share with the world, but it's incredible that she achieved so much in the short time that she was here... @@persephone2706 Selena woulda been 50 years old this April (imagine how she woulda looked like) and yeah she has so much to give as an artist and as empowered woman. She woulda had 15 to 20 studio albums by now. her worldwide concerts woulda been epic. plus her clothing line, perfume line woulda been a global hit. She woulda had skin care line too. She woulda been a great judge at American Idol, AGT, X-Factor. And a great coach at The Voice US, UK, Spain or Mexico version. She woulda had a talkshow called "Tonight Show with Selena" her kids with Chris woulda been adults/teens by now. Imagine her son(s) looking like her and her daughter(s) looking like Chris. She woulda had Vegas Residency by now. She woulda had collab with so many artists like Beyonce, JLo, Shakira, John Mayer, Luis Fonsi, Usher etc. Selena woulda done so many great things if she was still around.

Tom Saywer Yes, death is a natural part of life but how we die matters. An old person that dies in their sleep is good, an abused child beaten to death is not. Selena left an impression because not only did she break records and represented the Mexican community, she did it all with a kind heart and down to earth persona. Just because YOU don't care for her, doesn't make your ridiculous statements true. No one here asked for your opinion, so go on and watch or listen to the music and musicians that do make you happy.

ATTENTION. No one must even bother to take some of their precious time to respond to the sad soul that @Tom Saywer is. He is just a little boy with a little mind from the the age range of 12-14, I assume. He is just learning the ways of "life" and wants to show the world of his "knowledge". I almost feel sorry for him. Us Selena fans should know better than to be attacking a defenseless child. So let's not.. for her.

I was 21 and she was 23 when she was tragically killed. I had just started to listen to her music and I could tell she was going to big!!. She had a beautiful voice that dominated both in Spanish and English, you could tell she was going places. She was so talented, seeing this video brings back so many memories about her and also about myself at that age. Even the style of clothes she is wearing in this video I remember from the 90's. I was sitting in the living room doing rollers on my hair, when the news broke that Selena had been shot and killed, I remember my mom was walking through the door from doing groceries. And know I'm 46 married with 3 kids and she is gone, she would have been 49 almost 50 years old if she was still alive. Its insane that 26 years have passed since her death.!! It still feels like it just happened. She will always be remembered for her talent and beauty.

She was si humble and so talented as is the rest of her family. I see some people saying harsh words about her Father. He was a Father. He didn't beat his children and he was Protective. I believe that as any parent can give too much of one thing as it does good it can also lead to choices from their kids to sometimes gain independence at any measure. In Selenas Case I wish she had not Trusted so much the woman that took her life. I wish she would have had a barrier between herself and others. But her humbleness and what made her relatable and a star is what ultimately led to her unfortunate passing. God Speed HEALING PRAYERS for Her Family Her Husband and her Fans .... I think she is a Legend
