I’m a generational Hispanic Texan. My parents saw her in concert multiple times when she used to to run to all the Spanish dance hall hotspots…. I was 7 and played her tape relentlessly around the house and car. The last time they went they had plan to take me. The day of her last time in our small town, I had a fever that morning and my parents refused to take me. Left me with my grandmother and they danced the night away. 😬 my only regret in life was not begging more or wishing I would of tried to hide my sickness lol

Your channel fills like home to me especially right now since my house exploded. I just got in from memphis for a week my aunt was house sitting for me.. When I walked in she said she smelled natural gas but I didn't I looked around I went into the carport where the laundry room was opened the door cut on the light then.BOOOOM the blast threw me about 20ft landed on the top of my Corvette a long with the door and was on fire the I was in the fireball I could see it all around me and hear my long hair sizzling. My 90yr old aunt come in the carport to see what happened and she just froze by this time the fire was ragging and headed right where my aunt was standing I quickly grabbed her and took her outside told her to call 911 the fire station is about a block from my house. I went back in to get my dog looked everywhere didn't see him. I ran back to my aunt had to move her again because the fire was so hot it was melting the front of my audi a 100ft away Corvette completely in gulf in flames I ask her where Sargent was she said she let him into the backyard. Thank got ask her if she called 911 she said she forgot the number. Some people can't handle stress but expected a little more from her being that her husband uncle was a firefighter for 50yrs. Needless to say by the time the firefighters got there the whole house was completely engulfed the had a hard time putting it out because the fire was being fead by a broken natural gas line from the dryer. The whole time even when the firemen got there I was still on fire. But my adrenaline was so high I didn't realize my hands had basically melted. The ambulance got there ask me if I was ok I think I said I'm of fire... My blood pressure was 170 over 145 and blood sugar was 600 I lost all my guitars I think 35 of them some very expensive and all my pictures. Was in intensive care for a week doing skin grafts on my hands. Was told I would never be able to play the guitar again. I looked the doctor in the eye and said I'll be damned.. but I got to hospital I only had one shoe on they cut off my cloths. When I left the hospital a week later all I had to my name was the hospital gown that was even tied up all my gunk was hanging out. I'm a country got a lot of gunk to hang as the spong bath girl found out..lol😂
