Would be cool if Fox made a video on the use of various voices. Maybe I missed something, but I'm a bit confused about the various names people are mentioning in regards to her voice here. If no one would have said anything about it, I wouldn't have noticed it. I don't even know who these names are. Famous actresses? Did Fox another voice than the original games voice actress? So many questions... All I can say is she immediately does come across as a bit more dynamic, awake and aware.

In fact they changed the voice in the original english version, there is a voice for TR1, another for TR2 and 3, and another for TR4. While in most languages they kept the same person. I like the TR1 voice too but it would be ok to use it for TR2, but both version are possible, I could do an extra level to compare both version for fun later 🤔

This introductory video to TR2 was simply perfect, Fox 👌🏻 This is one of the most memorable games of my childhood. And especially this level - I would spend hours here, just messing around and practising moves. I've been eagerly awaiting TR2 ever since your first series. And I really hope you take your time with it, too. I want to soak up every detail along the way. I'm also eager to see how the AI will explain the various historical details and such - as I barely had a clue about any of that stuff when I played it; and I certainly learned some things from your first playthrough. I simply _love_ how the AI broadens the whole experience, like it's all really real. The way she expresses actual stories and thoughts behind all the details in the manor... just makes it really come to life! And when she said "I personally had it sandblasted recently" feels like a little nod 😉 to the recent PowerWash Simulator addition where you get to clean up her manor. [ @OdinsHarem has a nice little playthrough of that here on KZbin. ]

Yes in the canon story TR2 takes place 1 year after TR1, there are clues like the gold idol in the basement and the fact Lara says she made a new training stuff outside. We can also know Unfinisihed Business happenned because there is the cat statue in the basement too. She also starts the game with the shotgun 🤗
