Self Build Update - Workshop Ready, Lots of Bits Arrived, Lots Changing

To build the van I need somewhere to work. So new workshop (of sorts lol). Lots of the stuff has arrived, bit of everything in this one...

Didn't understand why you didn't like the Truma Combi, what model are you replacing it ? I'm selecting a Truma Comb D6E for my build and wonder if it's a step in the right direction.

I'd like to see more info on the Arduino setup? Any links to this system? I'm redoing my electrical system and am curious about this vs manual switches.

love your build i see your replacing the ctek system have you found anything with the same functionality but works with lithium ? Regard Dave

Yep, the Votronic VBCS 60/40/430. It charges at up to 60A whilst driving, 40A on hook up and can have 430w of solar. It works directly with the 123 BMS (has a control port) and has several different LiFePO4 profiles. Very happy with it :)

How much is the fridge? I might of been interested in the ctek also but I have 450 watts of solar and pretty sure that's too much

where you at with the battery bank build?

I decided it would make more sense to build the battery bank in my van, which meant I needed to build that part of the van first. This is practically done and I'm hoping to video/install the electrics this weekend (fingers crossed). Everything for the electrics is here and ready, the roof is finished so solar all ready, have loads videoed - just not had the time to edit it all up yet. Really looking forward to installing the elecs :)
