Stress is my number 1 trigger. And my job is stressful unfortunately

My heart is with you! Stress is so detrimental to health, and many, many people are in stressful situations that they feel like they cannot get out of. If that's the case, I encourage clients to focus on how to adjust / work on their reaction to the stressful situation. For example, finding stress relief techniques that help - it can look differently for each of us. I have a stress video here if you're interested: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmPak2dna8aepKc

As i listen to you, im eating my well-balanced Mediterranean type diet for dinner and drinking water! But i know im multi tasking and shouldn’t. I was just diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and am in a constant flare because we have only recently started meds. I also drink a LOT of water with my vitamins which i make myself take every morning now (folic acid…cuz on methotrexate) I struggle with sleep cuz i love being awake. And always have a million things to do. I’m seriously considering early retirement bc the stress and erratic hours of my job will likely not mix well anymore now with this autoimmune disease. That’s my current dilemma. I’m still hopeful this will get better bc i have a great doc and there are so many new (but expensive) drugs still to try. Just scared of all the side effects- but hoping that since my body “needs” the meds i hopefully will be lucky and not get the side effects… I’ll keep you posted ! Your channel is awesome. I too try to focus on positive thoughts, thankfulness of what i have, (and for what joints don’t hurt!) and know whatever hurts today will probably hurt less tomorrow. I wish i had a man to snuggle like you do! But someday… and try to enjoy the ride- i wake up and say to myself “what’s going to hurt today?” Then write it all down. It’s kind of incredible and hilarious all at once .

Lol to the wink about husband time (I giggled like a little girl 🙊) And I love The Office and Parks and Rec too 😁 I literally have it on in the background while having a flare ... which unfortunately has been for the last few weeks 😩 Not sure what I'm doing wrong as my nutrition is excelling and I'm 90 days in on the elimination phase. I think my sleep got messed up and it's been a vicious cycle of trying to get it back on track as I rest during the day to make up for not sleeping at night. Praying I get balanced again soon. Thanks for all your tips, Shanna! ❤❤❤

My autoimmune is seriously affected by insomnia. What would you suggest for dealing with insomnia caused by autoimmunity?
