What a beautiful reminder! I used to dread my cycle. And then it went through many changes. I'm learning to embrace it instead of loathe it.

Thank you for watching! It's fascinating to me that so many of us women have gone through a similar experience of dreading our cycle, yet it's something so precious. Oh the journeys of blooming gracefully into womanhood, so much unlearning, to finally arrive at self acceptance and peace. I am deeply grateful for the journey through the ups and downs 🎈

I met someone during a breathing exercise recently and she told me sometimes she forgets to breathe. We forget that we do have permission to breathe, to rest…💕🙏🏿

I’ve noticed how my cramps are not as intense when I do intermittent fasting throughout my cycle plus weight training.

yesss intermittent fasting both during and before (as a lifestyle) is a game changer. Not force feeding the body and instead listening and mindful eating means the body and digestive system has a chance to rest. Two things that take up a lot of energy is digesting food and thinking, if the body can simply rest, its so healing. I feel so happy these two things are healing for you💛
