Nobody deserves to leave there for anybody. You have to love yourself before you can transfer that love to somebody else. Killing yourself does not what it. You, too, can move on to the next one, or you can be on your own. Being on your own is not the end of the world. You need to respect yourself and carry yourself with high esteem and self-confidence. You don't need a man or woman to validate you. You should be in charge of yourself. Don't believe that nobody can't disappoint you it is part of life. If you can take the heat, get out of the kitchen. Don't allow anyone to control you, and you need to set boundaries. If you can't stand the attitude, please move on with your life. Depression is setting life sentences. You don't need it. Love yourself more than anything in this world. Period

I’m a victim. I cry like a baby every time. All what you said are what I’m going through. Depression is real.

SELF LOVE IS VERY IMPORTANT. You CANNOT love anyone / man if you don’t have self love.

You’re in CONTROL of your own life. LOOK INTO A MIRROR AND DECLARE,”l’m beautiful, awesome, confident, intelligent, a winner and fantastic.” If you are with a partner who doesn’t multiply, elevate and appreciate you. Start making escape plan to get out of the relationship. Be careful with emotional abuser!

So sad. The problem is when you are that low in spirit you no longer believe anyone actually cares for you and you don’t believe anyone will miss you, so much so that you believe your loved ones will be better of without you. You just don’t see your own value. Condolences to her children and family

NO CONDITION IS PERMANENT. EVERY SITUATION IS TEMPORARY. Suicide is an act of SELFISHNESS 😅! No one or situation worth killing / taking your own life. Ladies please take care of yourself 😊

Aunty, what about a woman who doesn't believe even when you hype her? When you make her feel, she is the world to you, and she says you are lying. That she is not good enough. How do you help a woman like that? How do you help the woman feel free and love herself, and what could be the possible cause? She is always in competition with herself. Always looking for other people better than herself. She is always lying to have what she doesn't have just to feel among. How can such a person be helped?

Hello I know you don't ask for my opinion but as a mental health nurse, she needs a psyco therapy please try and ask her about her upbringing some parents are responsible for telling their children that they are not worthy, and comparing other's to them by saying they are worthless, please try and make her to see a therapist
@whymillie10 күн бұрын
She was probably abused as a child. She needs plenty of therapy!!! Plenty. You can only lead her to therapy. Maybe start with couples therapy so she doesn't think you are trying to control her.

I feel left out from all the yoruba That you are speaking. I don't understand yoruba so I don't. I just feel left out. It's not fair. It's a public forum. Speak English in fairness for everybody, thank you.
