I listened to this last night for the first and I legit don’t even remember falling asleep. Sara, you have helped me love going to sleep whereas I had so much anxiety before bed. Would toss and turn, but listening to your sleep meditations have allowed to let go but also trust that I am safe and deserving of love and a good night’s rest. THANK YOU!

@@rosiehailu2221 I wouldn’t say I’m healed. I still struggle with the anxiety but it has improved a lot. I did a lot of what is taught by the anxious truth podcast , I’m still a work in progress but a lot better than I was. Just letting go of the fear of the anxiety. It takes time but I surrender now and try not to let it control my life. Mindfulness and meditation has been a big part of my journey and I listen to these every night before bed.

I can't seem to tolerate that low drone in the background. Sounds like a truck idling outside my house. It has an uneasy and foreboding feeling attached to it.
