I am finding everyday I get better, All moves are deliberate, getting lucky to get a trick in is doubtful. Nunchucks... one side is better than the other. Nice job

Matt, can you do a video demonstration defending yourself with an umbrella? Both long and retractable ones. Obviously they would only be useful for jabbing strikes not swinging strikes but it would be interesting to get your take on it. Excellent content, as always! I would love to see self defense techniques (and principles) applied specifically for those of us who have to use cheap, adjustable, aluminum canes. I own many purpose built self defense canes, but as a young professional who needs a cane for mobility, even the simple traditional crook-handled canes from Cane Masters can look a bit out of place, like a costume piece rather than a medical device.

@@pasquinilli Sure, I can send a picture. It's just your standard crook handled, aluminum adjustable cane with that sterile, hospital-silver finish. Chosen because it's so common that it draws little-to-no attention to my disability

People carry canes all the time. The trick is to hold it like you might lean on it at any moment, rather than holding it like a sword. Having grey hair or a bandage on your leg looks good, too.

1) Get one 32 inches long 2) attach rubber table leg ends from Ace Hardware to each end 3) make a lanyard at one end out of cord 4) go wherever you like
