When theres a mass casualty event like a shipwreck, plane crash, war or other. As a society we always ask the question: How many casualties? As expected we get a number. For this example lets use 100 casualties. The second question asked is: how many women and children. The answer may be 10 but the devistation from knowing one women or child was injured is more unsettling than those 90 other casualties that don't matter. Women have the same value as the most precious and valuable members of society, children. Children are the ones that need to be protected the most and women are given the same classification as them. If that doesn't show how valuable women are and now under appreciated and undervalued men are, nothing does.

Its really hard for college women (and men) to accept the fact that once they graduate college they go from being on top of a bubbled social hierarchy to being dead bottom of the real world hierarchy. No one cares if you think you're smart because you graduated school. You're an unemployed person with debt. If you can find a job that matches your degree then you can maintain the status you had in college. The problem is lots of people are holding college degrees and they don't work in the same field their degree is in. That just tells normal society that you aren't worth your degree, yet these college people still overwhelmingly maintain the attitude that they are better than and above people with jobs, even if the college degree holder is unemployed and can't find work. Since college kids form an identity around themselves that they are better than other people because of college, it can be a difficult thing to accept that their self identity is delusional and while they and their little group of college friends all believe they are all really smart, the rest of society doesn't view these unemployed college graduates as smart.

To show them that i am able to finish something. Family is what i care. I dont have a problem working on other jobs. Aslong as my mind is at peace and i get my money, everything is fine.

@@Blackrage843 yes, very few jobs that require a degree actually have a decent payout and most of those people will be paying that student loan debt well into their 70s, 50s if theyre lucky. But, if your dream job absolutely requires you to get a degree, it shouldnt matter how much you make at the end of the day as long as you enjoy doing it. My tuition to study veterinary medicine wouldve been $350,000 and i wasnt even sure if i really wanted to be a vet, and thats a huge investment for something im not even sure ill enjoy doing. Ended up in the engineering field in germany and i absolutely love my job. Plus, my employer pays me to get the required training and education, half my health insurance, and pays half into my retirement...im only 20 lmao and completely debt free.
