This stretching approach has helped me lowered my pain in all my fascia which I had for last 24 years. No physio therapist and no manuele therapeut has advised me to stretch fascia untill I came across this videos this week. Thank you so much. ❤

I just discovered you at the time of my life that I didn't know what else I could do to get some relive of pain in my whole body . My whole body from ribcage to my lower body are is spasm every single movement takes my breath away and noting helps me . I have very high level of inflammation in my body while I don't eat any thing to cause it . Can't digest food properly and I eat one meal a day but I have very bad bland gas ,I start to watching your videoswhile don't know which one would be more helpfull than others but I'm so glad that I find your videos Thank you so much and I'm so looking forward to practice more with you . Start out slow, if something doesn’t feel right then try a different fascia stretch. Ease into it!

sunlight to the max, or red light therapy if sun is not available grounding - bare foot for a long time - electrons relieve inflamation see CARRIEBWELLNESS

I first found your "unlock your ribcage" video and after trying it I could take a full breath for the first time in weeks (I'd chalked up my shortness of breath to anxiety). This past Wednesday I decided to try this workout, and it was a game-changer! For the next 24 hours I had more energy than I can ever remember, and even a few days later I still feel great! I will definitely be working this routine into my weekly exercise schedule!

Thank you so for taking the time to share this! I have experienced chronic discomfort throughout my body after many hours of sitting while studying and working. This one hour workshop relieved more discomfort and tension than any of the many hours I've spent over the years doing stretching and yoga. Surprisingly proved to be a good workout too 😅. Thank you again, truly!

This is an amazing class. I have been left shoulder and hip problems and was stiff all around. I feel so plump. There is so much space in my body.

Keep working on it! You need to explore some hard to reach places within the body. Fascia work helps us do that. When you’re doing the work, move, extra slow, keep the muscle contraction, extra light, and explore micro movements while you’re in the movement phase of the activation. Loved this class. It is a hard concept to grasp. I am a long time yogi, but haven’t done much since covid. Having shoulder blate area pai and hip pain. PT helped, but wanted to try this. Thank you!

Great video, thank you. so much for sharing your story, your experience and your knowledge! I am always looking for new (and improved ) ways to connect with, move and heal my body and this was fabulous! A much needed step to deepen my personal practice of foam rolling and using balls to target stuck areas. I love the benefits of self practice, especially when we know it can trigger and release emotional issues while working on the physical... I also enjoyed your mini lecture at the beginning for us who like to geek out on whats going on under the surface, and yes, I will also share this with my super talented gymnast niece who always strives to be her best and would totally benefit from hearing your story. I'm stoked to have found your channel, and I wouldn't worry about having to move props or cameras etc... life aint perfect, and it keeps it real! 🤩

I feel very glad and grateful to see this workshop tonight. i think i may check some of your other videos to learn fascia stretch better as i never heard of fascia before, in some of the system i practice there are some 'fascia stretch' however now i can put some word on it, will make it easy to get better understanding. let me know if you have other videos/idea for beginner practice . Hello Erin. I am fasinated by this video and would love to follow you and do some of your streching, however, I have very sore glutes and can't sit on a chair. I was seriously ill with cancer for eight months, totally bed ridden, not able to move and now have pain from sitting far too long during the recovery stage when they finally found the cancer. Doctors intially put my illness down to chronic fatigue and depression. That is why I was stuck in bed for so long. They did not give me a CT scan till I was really bad. Do you have any videos for people who can't sit down on a chair? Thanks so much😃

Hello Maggie! Try searching for videos on my channel where I demonstrate standing hamstring fascia stretches. That would reach the back of the knee. Just make sure to keep the knee, slightly bent while you do it!

17 minutes into the video basically, I am where you told your story about years of pain and you thought well I will just have to live with the pain. To say a know what you mean is a complete understatement. Why because, I couldn’t walk and today I am on two walking Canes. I was bed ridden ,for the most part, close to two years. The pain was beyond excruciating it was unbearable to say the very least. This has been going on since 2015. At times the pain was like if you would take a scouring rod and ram it back in forth in the urethra to the scrotum. Then the lower back hip knee and foot pain was unbelievable. The only thing that didn’t hurt was laying in bed. So when I say I know what you mean that’s an understatement. I quit heroin cigarettes alcohol womanizing but I gained weight and a gained a lot of weight. I have been dieting for six months and lost 40 pounds. I still eat way to much and am still 70 pounds overweight and at times I can walk without the canes. I am doing this basically on my own I see a message therapist and a chiropractor once a week for 15 minutes because that’s all I can afford. Listening to your story gives me hope and I want to thank you for taking the time to be explicit in explaining your condition. No disrespect, your condition was way bad and mine was bad bad real real bad the pain was so so bad I went to the hospital emergency rooms and because I was a known drug addict I wasn’t taken serious. Today, the pain is bad but I know I will heal if I eat right meditate and pray, hydrate, stretch correct and exercise correct then I should be able to walk one day. Again thank you for your testament. Blessings

I would say it depends on how you executed. I’m not a big fan of end range stretching. I prefer keeping the muscles Lightly contracted through movement. If you can pepper that into your practice, I think it would be amazing!

Absolutely yes! There is so much research coming out right now about the interstitial fluid and it’s presence in the fascia matrix. How fascia can get adhered and fluid can gather in pockets throughout.

20 minutes before any exercise demonstrated. Some exercise solutions are best presented by quiet, simple movements NOT endless explanations. This is non stop talking is exhausting, TOO MUCH INFORMATION.
