dont seperate or pin the hair use bigger guards like 3/4 depending on how long the fro is to blend the fro to the taper

Yo as a barber, isn't it hard to find a decent barber to cut you up. Then you find one who is on point but you don't want to hit them up because you figure they're too busy? So you just go to the best barber you know, YOURSELF... I been this way since 2003.
