emotionally/mentally yes... when you hold on to hold stuff that hurt you it will stay there within you. You can become actually sick from it. That's why some people get some deadly diseases. You have to clean yourself by allowing to feel old stuff so you can release those. The pressure in your body/mentally/physically will be all desolve and new life force energy will go through. You will be even more rooted due the no blockages. You can't heal yourself within a year if you haven't cried much in your life but put everything away so you won't feel them and fool yourself that you've passed that. By allowing to feel... by crying you can release those. And when you do this older stuff will come up above again. You will start dreaming about it. cos universe will help you to see where your other blockages is. So keep your dreams close to you. Check out if some old stuff keep popping up. Thats your soul that tells you to let go. so cry/be angry as long you allow to feel those emotion. No emotion release no blockage removal. It will stick there till you've felt it

Universe is working in such amazing ways,I was meditating and listening to another track,when that one ended this one started automatically, and when That happened I was suddenly started focusing on my back wich has been stiff for a long time and I was guided to ask my subconscious mind to release any past memories ,experiences,belifs and emotions that's causing me to experience this pain in my back and sure enough this experience from few years ago popped into my mind wich told me it's related to why I'm feeling this in my back.When I got up from my meditation I saw the title of this Track and realized it's about healing.Coincidence? I DONT think so.

I've been dealing with an internal struggle to change my ways of thinking. In my life i have dealt with plenty of hurt from others and trying to love myself has been quite the challenge. Nonetheless though despite the times i feel like ending myself i still find the desire to live on. I can't say i've been happy most of my life, and for some reason i've gotten so used to being that way that being happy regularly just doesn't feel normal in the slightest. I don't know if it's my Asperger's or what in particular.Perhaps it also doesn't help with the fact i've suppressed my emotions and they've mostly come out either in anger or tears. I don't expect sympathy or anyone to give a shit as i type this comment here, and that's fine. We live in a world where everyone is doing their best to survive amidst the massive number of psychopaths that have ruled and enslaved us for hundreds if not thousands of years. I don't even know whether or not to believe in the Great Awakening as it stands. Things are moving abysmally slow as the one's who are still asleep at the wheel refuse to wake the fuck up.

Help a neighbor, and do at least one good deed a day, smile without a mask. Unite with others. Sunshine and nature, and whatever exercise you can do is good: Tai Chi to walking, swimming, bicycling, low impact to high, depending on ability. God be with you, and many blessings to you, and all! this thing is POWERFUL theres an old jamaican saying that says if someone has a ingrow looking boil kind of bump under there arm someone close to them is pregnant the case was not only did i have it but my sister got it, my mom got it and my partners dad got it so you know what that means BUT my arm was HURTING for like the last 2 weeks i PLAYED THIS AUDIO ON LOOP for the night and fell asleep to it to my surprise the bump under my arm that was really swollen HAS GONE DOWN not fully but to think how swollen it was yesterday and how its smaller today im blamiing it on this audio this healing stuff is no joke especially if u have faith peace healing and success to everyone who reads this far Jman from 6ixside
