Be Humble ,Loyal,Hopeful,Vigilant,Faithful,Loveful towards everyone,treat others with same qualitys as you want to be treated,Read Bible,Read Psalms,for me Psalms are like Holy Armor,Read Holy Scriptures and take part in Holy communion ! it will further strengthen your Soul and Body,above everything have Fear of God,Fear of losing Lord's Love by sinning ! I’ve been going through this as well with my soon to be ex wife just packing everything up and leaving me a note saying she was unhappy. Come to find out she left me for a co-worker. No words can describe the lost feeling that I had, I wanted to just end it all! Cause that would just solve everything? Well I didn’t thanks to god! I found him when I was in a dark dark place, everything was black and telling me to end it all! I saw the light and started running towards it. Here I am 3 months later accepting that this happened for a good reason and he will lead me to a better path in my life. I’m telling you! It will get better, you will have your days which I do time to time but I motivate myself and started working out and running. I thought I was in a good space with my soon to be ex wife but she threw that wrench into the spoke of the tire that was our marriage. Trust me! It will get better! Hang on, I know you can do it, because I have done it first hand! Hang on!

I was told long ago by the experts that I was broken in ways that can't be fixed...and that's something that's stuck w me for over 30 years now. This is EXACTLY how I've felt most of my life....but essentially in the last 2 or 3 for sure. I'm completely exhausted w things every day....and even sleep doesn't help. I know one day I'll look around and realize I am completely alone...I'm destined to outlive the few I have left that I care about, and when that day comes I'm honestly afraid of what I'll become....they have literally been my ONLY source of peace throughout this battle.

How many preachers we could do without...Don't think you are weak or defeated; you faced the same real world, the most human beings already knows. Eraclitus wrote that war is the mother of everything and everything comes from that. But he forgot to say, that nobody wins this game. We all are loosers, but we are the ones who looked into the abyss and standed. Wounded but not scared, full of pain and bitterness, but stronger than them. I know: when you are sorrow and tired, it's easy to embrace anything gives you comfort and that's right. Choose what makes you feel better; it doesn't matter if it's a lie or an illusion, because you already know what world is , you got that kind of enlightment, about which, many speak like fools. Don't let others judge, measure, teach you. I am old enough (62yo) to have known so much troubles and sufferings, but right in the darkest times, I discovered in me some reasons to go on. For love, for hate, for rage, for hope, for me, for others, there was a reason to resist. Go on man, stay strong, you know your way, better than anybody. Soon or later, the day will be over for all of us, but till then, you'll have so much to enjoy, feel, know, even if now, your sorrow fills the horizon. But that's just a line, you can walk through towards better days. And believe me: i felt broken and lost so many times and nobody helped me. No family, no friends, no god, no doctor...but if you have this luck, let them help you; sometimes, the best things come when you don't wait for them.

IDK your life I don't know your husband. I don't know your circumstance. But what i do know is you shouldn't put how you feel in other people's hands. Easy to say, hard to do. I am a great person. I am not weak willed, I have done thee cooking, the cleaning and raising of my kids. I am human, I am not tired. I am full of energy. I use that energy to navigate life. I refresh that energy by giving thanks to the being that Is. I am. My husband is busy with work, struggling with his own emotions. He lashes out and criticizes me because he doesn't know how to process his own emotions and problems IF I worry about money, then I am constantly telling myself what we have isn't enough. Refresh what you got. I have my kids, I have a home, and I have a partner. We aren't in the most ideal phase of our life we aree doing our best based on what we know, I think it is time to expand what wee know so wee can reflect on how wee are handling our problems. What am I thankful for today, even if it is just one thing? MY KIDS. tomorrow I might make it to two things if not then the one. My mind operates based on repeating patterns that become habitual. Learning a new habit is hard. But it is possible. what I activeely teell myself and do becomes 2nd nature, then it is automatic, if I want to learn something new. I have to focus on that new activity, engrain it into myself. Then form the habit, then that too will become 2nd nature.

I know that we all can do anything in life and make it but I'm tired of people who let us down when we was there for them when they needed us the most, when some people hurt us who we would never thought would be able to do that kind of damage, pain to us and break us to pieces, break our heart and torn apart our soul, that shit hurts, it just you're slowly drifting away... We're all broken. It's how well we hide the disaster beneath. I've lost my entire family in the span of a year, and then my business and career followed. I'm used to taking care of two households, paying other people's bills. Phone always ringing, text messages, and emails. To absolute silence, to a degree, it's deafening. Now I'm just surving, living on the road. Sunrise to sunset, day by day, hour by hour. I recently lost the one thing holding me together last month, my dog. She was the soul survivor, last memory of my family. To say I'm broken is an understatement. I don't know where I'm going, I can only say it's gonna be one hell of a ride. I'm thinking one fall, I'll just pack up some gear and head into the mountains. Feed the bears or wolves, at least then I'll provide for someone in need once more....

This is what narcissistic abuse will do to you. As well as a twin flame journey. It led to my spiritual awakening. I fought with every oz of my being not to fall apart to the point of pyscotic breakdown and suicide. The answer is to surrender to your soul. It is the ego that makes us suffer. Makes us hold onto attachments, titles, materialism, jobs, toxic people. Let the ego go and the suffering diminishes with it. It is a battle of willpower strength courage adversity discipline. It will test you on every level possible. But once your soul strikes gold and you are able to be authentically you. It will be all worth it. I’m not quite there yet, but I’ve finally surrendered.
