Oh yes, it can definitely work for women as well. I mostly talk towards men, because most of the things I talk about statistically happen more to men than to women. But if you are a woman struggling with the same issues, the advice absolutely does apply to you as well.

Self improvement to me, sometimes feels like a parent's advice. My mom used to yell at me; don't talk while eating. I didn't care about it. Sometimes, you have to talk while eating and then get choked a bit, cough your a** off and then you make the realisation on your own, for your own benefit; I must not talk while eating or I 'll choke and it's dangerous. Life is not a rulebook of someone that you always follow the guidelines. that's why some people learn more in the streets than in school. Yes, education is important. It teaches you what's right and wrong, though, you are nothing without applying those in your own measures. This is a perfect example of modern education system. I have a friend who watches Hamza, goes to the gym for a long time, he's fine looking and muscular and now he thinks he is ready for girls. Talks to one, rejected because she misses her ex. Gets to another, rejected because she doesn't like accents. Gets to third, they talk and get along but her parents move to another city and they never see each other again. Finally, he says he quits ''dating'' because it's making him unhappy. Which is not correct. Life is complicated and no one's experiences align.

I recently have been struggling with keeping up with my studies. And the self improvement thing isn't helping , but now that i see it's about making studying fun and enjoy doing it , rather than just doing it because it is the thing i have to do

I agree, but I also think when your starting out in Self improvement you kinda have to follow the rules. For me, quitting P for the first few months was difficult and I always felt like I was just doing it cause I had too, but in following this rule for a bit it made me realize how important it was and better life is when doing it. Some of the things in self improvement will come natural and become enjoying to you after following the rule for just a bit. So it can kinda go both ways for some of the stuff

I'm on the monk mode bro. My self improvement goals will draw women to me, I chase my goals not women, and that gets women chasing me. My goal is to make a world a better place and get dopamine from contributing to the good of humanity. Money can't compare to helping the masses with what you have.

If you don't have a wife, then having a random one night stand can be incredibly good and motivating. I know that a lot of people advice against one night stands, and I am not going to go into the moral aspect of it, but let me tell you this. If you are a P addict, and you are not used to having real S with real people (maybe you are a virgin), and then you put yourself out there, and you manage to actually score a girl and get your first one night stand, it will be one of the most uplifting and motivating things you have ever experienced in your life. Also, how do you expect to get a wife if you don't put yourself out there and start dating women?

​@@robmulderit might make you feel good at first, but promiscuity isn't worth it in the long term if you are seeking marriage. But sure, in order to get a wife one needs to get out there and get the confidence to talk to them, ask them out etc... I would recommend leaving sex for the life long commitment of marriage though, considering the higher your "body count" is the least happy your eventual marriage becomes
