Loving tan seems to have a red undertone while St. Tropez is more for olive based skin colors.

St Tropez is also the tanner that you have to keep on before washing off right away m, the longer you keep it on the darker you will be when washing off the sticky part. I actually just did it for a party, kept in on after application for 6 hours washed it off and was disappointed however I woke up the next day super dark in a really nice natural tan.....love St Tropez ❤️

I use loving tan and after I rinse off at the 2hour mark it still continues to develop for the next 6. So if I do it in the evening rinse at 2hrs then go to bed I’m even darker the next day. So I’d kinda like to have saw your results the following day between the two. But either way great video.

I’ve been using loving tan for years and I would recommend putting lotion on those areas that get dry. Knees hands ankles

I’ve used St. Tropez for years then switched to Loving Tan recently. Wish I found loving tan sooner it’s the best out there by far! Never had any issues with it fading badly. But I religiously moisturize after every shower.

St tropez was extremely blotchy on me but loving tan works so well even though it’s so expensive I keep coming back 😩

I really like the color I get from loving tan and the way its dries and isn't sticky. I mix it with other tans I love to manipulate the color. The amount you get for the price is ridiculous so mixing them I don't use as much of it per tan.

Can share which type of st tropez do u use? and how many days it last?. I read that there are many types, express bronzing, dark mousse, extra dark mousse, blablabla.. Somemore still got mousse and gel kind. I don't even know which is the better one.

Oh bummer I'm sorry to hear that! If I'm going from my super pale skin to DARK I'll usually layer a couple coats of the St Tropez. I find that to get the darkest tan possible I apply one coat of it then come back in an hour & apply another coat then wait the 3 hours to rinse. I hope that helps! 💜

So does anyone else have problems with self tanner and stretch marks? 😣 When I have used self tanner (only 2-3 times) it has no effect on my stretch marks, they stay lightened. I really don’t like the way it looks because it creates even more contrast and emphasizes them further. Am I doing something wrong during my application? Or is there no way to avoid this. If anyone knows why this happens or how to fix it, I would appreciate knowing. I have not found anything on this so far 😓🙏🙏🙏🙏

Stretch marks are scar tissue and they won't tan. The skin is completely different.

Hey Elodie! It lasts me about 4-6 months & yes I apply about 2 coats of it every week (I apply 1 then wait an hour & apply a second one usually). I actually got 2 of the big sized bottles for the price of 1 on qvc a few months back. I always look for deals on it because you’re definitely right it is pricy! I don’t see any deals right now but I’m going to keep looking! 💗

Hey Alex! I notice that when I use it over my entire body, my tan lines aren't as noticeable, but it doesn't cover them completely. Sometimes I try to apply an extra coat over the super white areas & blend it out *really* well & that helps. Maybe I need to do some more research & make a video about this 😊
