I tried Bali Body Express ultra dark after your review, this is the second time wearing it and it’s barely there on my skin. The guide colour is sooo dark but I feel like once I’ve washed it off there’s no colour pay off 😢 thinking the brand just doesn’t suit my skin because I had the same results with the regular ultra dark tan

Completely agree! It was beautiful once applied, I could smell the tanning agent, sat in it for 5 hours (bit longer than I normally do with express tans), rinsed off & revealed beautifully dry & STREAKY skin! My legs looked like I had dripped the tanner on to them…I was very disappointed & told Bali Body as well…They sent me the original express (gold can) which I love as an apology and asked me to try the ultra dark again.., I refused to use it again & offered to return it in case it was faulty, they declined. I went to throw it out but alas my mum wanted to give it a go…she found it provided no colour either but it did leave her skin more hydrated but for the price, we would never recommend the new Ultra Dark…I do love the original express though and highly recommend this one instead. 👍🏻

I think they discontinued the purple isle of paradise bottle, its not on Sephoras website anymore and im so bummmed, its my FAV! And it was my little secret lol nobody ever purchased it😭😭

Oh I’m so glad you did this video. I’m leaving for vacation and I have no sunless tan bought yet as I’m so confused. I probably just be in pool that’s salt. I need a tanner that’s good to not show pores or dark spots as I abused the sun when young. I’m 57. I have been breaking out for some reason. So I’m thinking Beauty By Earth or Coco & Eve might be best for face. Which would you recommend for me. Don’t worry I won’t hold you accountable if I don’t do good with it. I just have trouble making final decision. In body I have used last year Sosu but it came off in lake. Loved it though. So I have saggy broken veins and bruises so something covers good. So I was thinking Bali Body 1 hour ultra dark whipped cream texture. Im super dry. Maybe Bondi Sands magenta or another color or Tancueticals cc cream but Isle of Paradise says color correctives so I’m really confused. I don’t want ones that may splotch when fading so eliminate Nuda and Loving Tan for Body. Which one would you think as a mature dry skin with many broken veins and bruises and saggy for my body. I don’t think I will go wrong with any of these left. I like to be pretty dark but to make sure it covers the dark dark veins and bruises. Will you please recommend one for face and one for body. Again no pressure. I don’t care if it doesn’t work for me. I’ll just try another one.

I didn’t find the new Bali Body Express Ultra dark good, I have it on now and it’s so light even after I left it on for 8 hours before washing off. Sosu ultra dark is still the darkest and best coverage I’ve used so far, makes the skin look flawless

I also use Sosu face tan spray and it’s the best I’ve used so far too

Bondi sands themself says that this self tanner isnt the darkest one. But its ot about looking natural 😞 if we want to look natural we just don´t put self tanner on.

Ok so im going to ibiza next month and I'm toying between wanting to try / go only with either Coco&eve Sunny Honey OR Bondi Sands Technicolour. My shade finder came out as Olive "Emerald" twice, what do you guys think ?. I feel torn lol, and obviously Bondi Sands Technicolour dont have a face tanner within this specific range. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My skin is light but tans easily fyi. Last year i tried Tanologist but the orange undertone was too apparent and the tan came off blotchy af, i also found thier tan drops for the face looked orange on me too.
