Hey guys! Welcome back to another video! For today, I decided to show off my current self tanning routine, as well as a few tips and tricks I've learned along the way to achieve a natural looking tan! I also reviewed and demo'd the new Bali Body Ultra Dark Self Tanning Mousse. I definitely had some thoughts about it, so make sure to stay tuned throughout the whole video to hear my thoughts (spoiler alert, this is my new favorite self tan)! ur dad hey there! Thanks so much, I appreciate it! ❤️ it did have a really beautiful color to it! It lasts me about 5-6 days before it starts rubbing off. I also moisturize every day and always pat dry when I get out of the shower to prevent it from coming off quicker! Hope that helps! 😘

Hey, is it safe to apply it like that on the eye lids as well? I just ordered a mousse and I'm a bit scared that it's harmful for the eyes but then if I don't tan the entire face, I think it would look weird like a reverse panda? 😂😂😂

I got this but haven't tried it yet I'm pale and the darkest I've used to far is the dripping gold ultra dark it's red undertones and I love that. I have the Bondi ultra dark and it is good and you can usually get it on sale I just got 3 bottles at Walgreens for $14 each can't beat it. You should try the Australian glow ultra dark I used it last night for the first time and it's a dark brown tan I really like it and the ingredients are amazing.

@@milanabajic I have the Bondi sands aero ultra dark it's a great tan and always on sale at Walgreens I'm stocked up on it lol another good one to try is Australian glow ultra dark they sell it at Ulta the ingredients are really good and it's not green or red it's just a browny tan. Excited to see what you think of the Bondi I love it but always go searching for something better lol

Candace Gardner so glad to hear that, definitely keep me posted on what you think of it 😊 I’m obsessed! Usually for the first shower I take after applying my tan, I ONLY use water, no soap! And I always pat my skin dry, I don’t wipe! Hope that helps! 😘

Does it develop that self tanning smell after a few hours? And if so does it still linger after rinsing off?it looks so pretty! But it’s kind of pricey, but i might check it out

Hey love! It definitely does get that self tanner smell after a few hours. I didn’t notice it lingering after I rinsed off, I always moisturize after my shower and haven’t noticed any self tan smell after! Definitely check it out if you’re able to, it’s SO worth it in my opinion! If you end up getting it, let me know what you think! 😊😘

Sofia Alonso hey love! For the body, I suggest using a mitt (my favorite is the tarte double sided mitt), but for my face, hands, and feet I always use a more dense makeup brush to apply because it gives them a more natural look than using a mitt! I also ALWAYS apply moisturizer before tanning to my elbows, knees, feet, hands, and face because those get darker faster! The first shower after applying tan should just be a rinse, as well, no body wash! And for my back I always have someone help me because I can’t reach either 😂 I also know they sell back applicators online to make it easier to do yourself! Hope that helps! 😘

When you apply a second coat, do you also apply a second coat to your face? Just curious since I'm going to buy this and its my first time doing a self tan. ^^

i wouldn’t apply a second coat on your face- my tip is to apply the selftanner to your body (as many coats you need but i wouldn’t go up to more than 2 coats) and after that selftan your face with one coat and wash it off after 2 hours (only the tan on your face)

because selftanner usually gets way darker on the face and when you let it develop for 2 hours it leaves a more natural colour as if you were in the sun☺️

Hi love! I typically don’t apply a second coat to my face, I feel that it looks much more natural with just one! Your face tends to soak up color more than your body so one coat should be perfect!! I also only apply one coat to my hands and feet, because those tend to get darker as well! I wash my hands after a few hours (before I wash my body) so that they keep a natural tan and don’t get too dark! Hope that helps! 😘

I just received this self tanner yesterday and am planning to use it tonight. Thank you for the review! The only thing I got kinda shocked about is when you mentioned that you want to use it every day! Are you for real?! 😳 They say it should stay on for a week if not longer.

Hey there! I don’t show my back because I typically have someone help me apply it there! It is sweat proof in my opinion, but if you use a booty band while working out and wear shorts, it’ll take the tan off 😩 hope that helps! 😘
