Hello Tinuola. Great talk! You are young now...in another 10- 20 years' time, you will feel differently. Take your vitamins and research some more on Anti-Aging treatments, supplements, etc. It will do you good. Take note: You dont get all you need from your diet. I agree with you on a lot of your points, but please take care of your skin and body...you won't have it this good for long. It doesn't hurt to look nice even in old age. I have seen older women with great skin and bodies. They intentionally look that way because they took good care of themselves. As a woman, whether you like it or not, you will mostly be judged by your looks before your inner qualities. In all, wisdom is also needed. Sending you love and light.

Thanks a lot! I totally agree that we need to care for our skin, and that’s why I prioritize skincare over makeup. I also prefer a holistic approach, which means diet and lifestyle choices like good sleep. I don’t believe in breaking the bank to selfcare or skincare. As we age, I hope we age with grace😆🤍

You also have to remember that these people are working so anything that they promote is being sponsored, meaning that whenever you buy something they get a commission. (Some money ) It is his side hustle to promote these things to you.

Truth is influencers will continue to push these products cos they get paid to do so. I think it’s on the buyers to spend on ONLY what they need. Think about your finances and stop the follow train 🥹
