I had to use these tactics tonight in the bar while taking duck face selfies with a seemingly innocent crowd when, out of the blue, some hoodlum whipper snappers attempted to take my hair gel tube from my back pocket. I sensed them behind me, but I had visual confirmation when I went to snap my final selfie....then POW, the altercation went down. Thanks to this training, on KZbin, I was able to defend myself from the attackers, and effectively render them ineffective combatants until the police arrived or when the bouncer was nearby, when the situation didn't dictate police force. I spent at least 6 years among the enlisted ranks of Call of Duty, and several other online simulations, and always thought I would be ready for these scenarios..until the real-deal landed on my doorstep. Despite the numerous crises I've faced in patrolling the streets of realistic virtual combat, I had never been involved in such a harrowing ordeal as I was this night, at a neighborhood bar with seemingly aggressive patrons. I'm just fortunate that I didn't have to go for a kill-shot or knife hand that is always deadly...in all cases. Thanks to Master Ken I can stand tall and proud when I am rarely out in public trying to prove to my abundant 132 Facebook friends that I have friends...and sometimes even girls, in my photos in the background, of photos that I take when I visit public places.
