I feel like Olivia and Kristen are so good at their own sports their bodies don’t know how to move any other way (Olivia was slightly awkward in the cheerleading video). I love how fearless and eager everyone is to try something new though.

I don't mean this in any leering kind of way but watching Joey's muscles move under his skin was so fascinating. He had to have like 0% bodyfat so every muscle was visible as it did it's job and it was so cool to watch! I can't imagine the time he puts into his craft to achieve that.

A short quick bust of air out of your nose as your face hits the water, will keep the water out of your nose. Practice off the board first, because you don’t want to blow out all your air, just a little and enough to keep the water out.
