I really appreciate Mistake #2. The differentiation of your selling motivation (I have to vs. I can) because you're desperate can, if you're lucky, drive that potential away, or worse, stick you with the client from the netherworld. That person becomes predatory and increasingly demanding. That bad client will use your desperation to enslave you. The best outcome for the service provider is to avoid putting yourself in a situation whee you promise what you don't have. All that can do is wreck your reputation.

"client from the netherworld" made me laugh 😂 But very true! This is because when we attract the wrong clients and approach the sale with the wrong energy it impacts trust. And trust is essential if we want to be happy doing what we love long term. When it's lacking not only is what we do less enjoyable (with lots more micromanaging) but it's also harder to manage and exceed expectations and overall client happiness, which can lead to negative reviews. So happy you enjoyed the video!

I know you do wedding photos but I cannot seem to get an answer to my question anywhere. What lense would I need to take a picture of 50 people like in a school photo but it is not a school photo but my church's choir group. We want to be able to have 4 tiers of people. Thanks in advance.

Hey! It will depend on the lenses you have to choose from & also your shooting environment, but I’d likely reach for my 24-70mm in a scenario like this 🙂

Thanks for the feedback Jakub! I’m currently looking into how to improve the audio quality. Filming in a large room with lots of hard surfaces has its challenges. ;) So glad you found value in the video though!!
