Dress with 303 Aerospace Protectant. Clean leather with Colourlock Leather Cleaner. Obviously vacuum everything. Idk there’s a lot that you can do but those products will get you 90% of the way there

A few pointers from a mobile detailer of 5 years in NC. Charge more. You do excellent work for not enough money. This line of work is tedious, back breaking and will wear any man out in the sun for 8-10 hrs a day. It took me 2 years to figure out my pricing, which is $75-$85/hr for details and $125/hr for paint correction/coatings. That’s here in NC, You can make a lot more in Cali I’m sure! Get some bucket dollies that have wheels on them so you can move them around the car easier and you can keep the bucket next to the car. Use your air compressor blow gun while cleaning interior panels with chem so you can assure you get all the chemicals out of those crevices and door handles and tight spots. Get a new battery for your van so you don’t have to jump it off.. I have the same exact van and mine has a power inverter built into it for using vacuums or polishers. Nice setup nonetheless though brother. It’s good to see young men with such drive. Keep up the hustle man and don’t forget to bless the Father who blessed you with resources to work for yourself and all the customers. HalleluYAH Good work bro.

Averaging $42,000 a week between the 3 stations. Start your car wash business in urban communities. They care more about their cars rather than what they live in. Good luck

Ive been detailing for about 2 weeks now. Easiest money you can make. Im 17 and making about 1 - 2k a day (Me and my uncle only Detail High-End cars), was gonna go to school to become a welder, but my uncle offered me a full time job working with him. Car Detailing is definitely the way to go. Keep up the grind, and anybody who wants to make good money, start detailing ASAP!!!

Like any successful business, having steady clientele, professional business practices and, the most important part, quality work in a reasonable time frame is key. I detailed vehicles in the 90's, the business has changed quite a bit with much better products and more specialized equipment in the last 25-30 years. Happy to see young entrepreneurs, such as this young man, do well.

I’m also a Detailer for the past 17 years and it’s true you can make a lot of money in this business believe it or not once you have your schedule set up you can even make $1000 a day and this kid is getting there I like his works ethics

I used to reward staff with a free car service & often had a deal for 2 or more company cars. The mobile detailers loved the 3-4 hours of solid work for 2 people. The staff loved going home on the weekend in new like cars as a monthly bonus. I often had fuel added to the car too.

Having a cleaned / detailed car gives you pride & when you use something daily you. I have seen people in tears with something to enjoy more than 1 day. I recall 1 lady who thought she had a brand new car.
