About Sella Ronda:
Sella Ronda is probably the best cycling circuit in the world (Let us know in the comments if you know a better one). It consists of four passes: Passo Pordoi (2241 m), Passo Sella (2230 m), Passo Gardena (2119 m) and Passo Campolongo (1850 m). So you will be climbing 1780 meters over a distance of 53 km.
It is part of the Sella Ronda bike day and Maratona dles Dolomites.

Adding music to the ride:
Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is awesome. But when it comes to music opinions are very mixed. This is why we do not add music to our rides. We simply do not want to spoil your ride with music you do not like. But it is quite simple to add it yourself. Open an extra browser tab. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, KZbin, etc…) and pick the music you like and enjoy the ride...

What a great challenging bike workout. First 30 minutes is a major climb with several switchbacks - I was happy for the descent. Only did the first hour, but will revisit this one for the second half. Picture perfect scenery makes this a top ten video. WELL DONE.

I actually prefer these scenic cycling videos, rather than the strictly workout styled videos. Reason - because I like to spend a bout 80% of my training and workouts at low effort levels like 70-75% threshold. And the remaining 20% doing various intervals from 20 second tabatas up to 20 minute threshold all above 95% threshold

After this video, I go to Italia make this road with my bike .... and ... WHAWWW !!!! Only on regret, in the season, there is a lot of rallye car, super car, a lot of bikers ... some time I'm agry with this heavy traffic jam !!! When do you are make your video ? there is not a lot of car on ! An another suggest in this area ... the Passo Falzarego and Passo Valaprola ... 2 other best pass without traffic jam

Hi Manual, thank you for your awesome comment. We try to plan our shoots so our members and subscribers get the best cycling experience. This one was shoot in September. Falzarego and Valaprola are great climbs too, not to mention the climb to Tre Cime di Lavaredo. We will try to film them next year weather permitting :-)
