Haha! I know exactly waht you mean. It's nice to have a compact case of ammo. Currently I've got a case of Browning next to a case of Fiocchi and by looking at the boxes you'd have no idea it was the same quantity.

@@ستايلقديم-م9كI would say Sellier and Bellot is one of the cleaner rounds I’ve fired out of my 9mm pistols. It’s also the most accurate load I’ve found for my HK USP.

Never had issues with their stuff in any caliber. The 12 gauge 00 load is no flight control, but is cheap and patterns well at room distance.
@JD-tn5lz7 ай бұрын
They have several buckshot offerings as well as a sport (as in competition) slug in the US market. None of their buck patterns well, but shooting their 3" max dram is memorable and I imagine it'd do the job in a pinch. Their slugs perform very similarly to law enforcement 12ga. Not shoulder breakers and no issue at all running two or three hundred in an afternoon.

I like the s&b, it shot well in all my pistols but one (1) my 4.25 in Ruger Security nine. Rounds would not eject or I would have a double feed, all other pistols from 3" to 5", there were no issues. S&B is the only ammo I had issues with in the Security 9, all others ran well, even Freedom Munitions remanufactured ammo.

S&B 9mm is a pretty ordinary ammunition across the board. Reasonably consistent and very reliable. As for other calibers? Their 10mm loadings are fairly innocuous loads, just a little over 40 for velocity; their 10mm JHPs are very broadmouthed and some 1911s have issues with it. Their 357Sig ammo is the absolute very best 357Sig FMJ out there for the buck. Their loading is a 140gr v. the standard of 125 and attains the same velocities right around 1350fps. Yes, in those 15gr there is a tremendous difference. Good stuff. Their 12ga? The max dram buck is powerful but has no flight control to it, so it doesn't pattern well. Their Super Sport slugs? Pretty ordinary, just a bit soft, but it's a gamer round, not a hunting or bear round. Good video, nice intro for folks unfamiliar with a quality manufacturer.

@@GBGunsthanks, I scanned the article previously, but I'll take a deep dive into it shortly. S&B is popular in my market as a budget-friendly round and it's generally available. Those are two huge pluses in a small market like AK where bulk online ammo dealers won't ship retail to.

I've actually had bad luck with this stuff recently. 5-10years ago, no problem. The case I bought in 2021 and the other few boxes I bought this month have had terrible accuracy with my G19.3 and P226, also inconsistent in having enough oomph to lock the slide back.

Thank you for sharing your research with us. $ saved is always good 😊 You shoot very well 😁. You should see the public servants on the range trying to qualify. Many have a 9 mm pencil. The group that still carries the 40 usually have no issues as they are a more dedicated group. 9 MM pencil ✏️ qualification sign up 😳🧐 If the public only knew the truth 🧐 We wish you and Teya a great evening 🙏

Although I qualified "expert" with several weapons while I was in the Army, I really didn't learn much about firearms or develop any real skills until I was a civilian. Much like weaposn training for law enforcement, weaposn training for the military is (for most) part of the job, but not THE job. It's a tool you need to know how to use, but for most of us was not our primary task.
@lizzapaolia9597 ай бұрын
Absolutely agree with your comments. Believe it or not there's a few so called patrol officers that don't carry the issued semi auto with one in the pipe. It's a well known issue that the range officer has to ignore due to politics. One has so much lint in his handcuff case they gave him the nickname of 'Busy'. He was one of the best trained school resource officer's ever🤔🧐. That's what the clowns say🤡 My husband is not a local police officer but an agent. He associates with these people frequently. The stores are endless, nobody would believe most of them. Great KZbin channel of yours. We wish you and Teya a great day 🙏

Thanks, and sorry for the error. I got worn out putting this series together. It was a LOT of time gathering data, crunching numbers, researching all the prices, charting it all out... All for something I knew would get fewer clicks than a "giggles and explosions" video, but I wanted to know the answers and hoped the series would help people know more. My channel has always been limited in growth for requiring a more intelligent crowd, but I'm ok with that, I think we have the best batch of subscribers out there.
