This was a Great Training.. Thank you!! However The only part I did NOT appreciate was him teaching agents how to STEAL from other agents. Just like him, we have families too and people are out here working hard to only find out that someone came along and stole their sale because a top earning producer made it sound like it was okay to do. It’s not!! You have a huge platform and with that said, should do better by not making taking business from other agents sound cool 🤦🏻♀️
@tfmarketing122 жыл бұрын
Yeah I just noticed your comment after making a similar comment above. If what he's saying is true, it's pretty alarming that any agent could basically steal your book of business and there'd be nothing to stop them from doing it. Unethical, to say the least. I mean seriously...what's the point of working hard to get customers signed up if anybody can go in behind you and just steal your stuff? 🤨🤨
@TheDIGAgency2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment. All is fair in love and war. And business is war. No one has a natural right to clients. It's a privilege to do business with them, and one that you should cultivate a relationship with, if only to prevent agents doing agent of record changes like Luis mentioned in the video. Yes, it sucks, but the better strategy is to figure out how a relationship focused on service to your clients can overcome it. Because if you do that, you'll rarely have what Luis explained happen to your clients.

@@TheDIGAgency Agreed!! However to make is sound so cool sends a bad message and it’s sad that you seem to co-sign on his mentality.
@TheDIGAgency2 жыл бұрын
Sure, I can agree with you on that. Personally, I'd rather make the change based off of reviewing the policy and selling myself as an agent that will actually service them versus a hoodwinked approach.
@sheronsidbury49352 жыл бұрын
@@TheDIGAgency The sad reality is that there are a lot of agents that are taught to focus on volume and are not taught that the ACA business also involves servicing the client. beyond just enrolling them in coverage. If an agent lets a relationship go cold and another agent steps in and does right by the client this would not be wrong. An example is agents who do not inform their clients when new benefits are available such as enhanced subsidies if another agent steps in and "helps" the client with their consent and the previous agent loses the client due to neglect it is not wrong. But if it's done for unethical reasons for persnal gain and not the best interest of the client then yes it would be wrong. It's all in the training and what motives are being taught.
