With semi sized air bags, you can remove most of the leaves in the leaf springs. Don't need them. Air bags carry the weight n softens the ride, plus you don't have to deal with 500lbs of sand (ballist).

Beautiful wagon! Was it repainted? Just a weird color combo with the burgandy interior... and the rear to go through the work of shaving the taillights but not the tailgate and not welding in the roll pan 🤷‍♂️ oh well, those DK wheels sure do make that truck! Keep up the great content! Cant wait to see what the new shop cranks out!

Thanks! Yea it's been repainted sometime in its life. Yes it's a odd color combo but I pulled the numbers off the truck an that's how it was built.

There 16" steel wheels, powdercoated an new tires as well. No secrets here. There's a method to my madness an that's just part of what I use to tuck the rear wheels on stock fenders

Just like you on this truck, I want my wheels to tuck. I have the exact same drop. But it's static drop. My truck is slammed on stock 16. The wanted to go with a faced, DK design 22. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you sir
