Thank you!! I work as an assistant controller. Less hours is not a an option. I really love my job and hope to continue working up the ladder there. 🪜 Flower Farming is just a wonderful hobby I enjoy and hope to use to help pay for my new found love of growing flowers and help pay the bills.

So happy for your great Farmers Market! We're still kind of limited here on what's available and I really bombed this weekend only sewing two bouquets and I brought like 10. A very small Marcus I usually I sell most of them. Maybe because it was the Fourth of July weekend people were busy but I was very bummed out. Congrats again your flowers are gorgeous

To keep the workload in line with the time you have available, if everyone loves sunflowers, for next year you might consider specializing in sunflower bouquets. Become the Sunflower lady. Where I live, I am an interior designer with a 60x120ft city lot. I grow 135 dinnerplate dahlias in the front garden and some people only know me as the dahlia lady as I have a street front flower wagon where I sell them by the stem. $4ea or 3 for $10. It fits into my limited available time and doesn't get to a point where I loose the enjoyment in it.

@@plantsim My strategy for me is working really well. Yesterday I was contacted by a florist that does weddings. She saw my dinnerplates in full regalia in my front garden last year and she wants to buy my dinnerplate dahlias for all her upcoming weddings, the first on July 21st. Since I myself am not interested in dong weddings, this is a win/win.
