I get why people want him to wait to sell the countach, but the reasoning for him selling it right now is very solid and very logical. Getting the house completely done without pulling out another mortgage is way more important than keeping any car that'd he'd be able to buy again some day down the road if he really wanted it again. Yes, it'll be way more money down the road, but he'd also have way more money to buy one again after he gets his house done and strad pizza up and running. Especially if strad pizza is a success, he'll be able to buy any car he sells back if he really wanted to. These are very tough decisions that we know he didn't make over night, so trust his process and we all know he'll have another countach again someday if he really wants one again.

James if you have the time, go to Lowe's and buy a few gallons of "Round Up Kills weeds not the Lawn". It worked really well in my yard but you have to keep the dandelions from being blown around your yard because those are seeds for weeds. If you see a dandelion you have to pluck it immediately and make sure it doesn't get blown. Then when the weeds are dead, you can uproot them (use gardening gloves & a mini plant shovel. Also wear long pants and boots as well a straw hat with 360 coverage) then buy one of those drivable lawn mowers and cut the rest if grass in the back. It's what I would do.

As a corporate pilot myself I’d love to know what ever happened to the flight training thing. If he simply wants to keep the flying off of KZbin I understand but at least say you did of didn’t finish your training. Either way I think it’s cool that you at least showed interest in flying for like 2 videos. I’m guessing the true cost of flight training combined with the time and effort involved as well as the cost of potential airplane ownership took way too much away from the cars and house builds so it had to take a back seat. indepedent pizza places out number chains in las vegas 2 to 1. I don't want to be that guy but making new york style pizza's alone won't be the difference maker. You'll have to go above and beyond with other things if you want that restaurant to be successful. That's also hard to go above and beyond when you're in THE entertainment city. The restaurant business is extremely hard and time and labor intensive. I hope you've done the research and spoke with the experts to determine if it's the best idea. You also live in salt lake so that's around 420 miles (5 hours and 33 minutes) from Las vegas. So it'll also be difficult to have show the place in videos (free advertising and the idea that if viewers visit they have a chance to see you). Best of luck with the restaurant though!

It would have made more sense to build a normal house and have a barn on the side for cars or buy a hangar like Hoovie's dad and keep the cars in there. My father had a friend that had a huge house on a lake and he had a ton of collectible cars and he bought the land across the street and built a big barn and kept them in there.

Good decision. They are all cool cars especially the Countach but the channel I don’t think will miss them and the house build is actually really interesting to watch. Can’t wait to see what you do with all that space at the back🤷‍♂️

IMO your Gallardo from 8 years ago was the best because it felt like it got used the most - best "bang for your buck" so to say. I like when cars get used to the max. The Gallardo saw a lot of the country, judging from the videos back then 😉 For me it was something aspirable - and realistically achievable Your current collection - I respect it, but nah, I am not gonna get there. I just find it cool that KZbin remembered you and brought this to my attention now because I followed 8 years ago. Cheers 👋

Those cars are just like gold, pretty to look at but can't do much with it but you know that next year it will go up in value and the next year etc etc. I understand the cash flow problem but I'd seriously think again about the Countach even though it's worth the most. Btw, put a ring on it. 💍

For the back yard, how about going with native Utah plants instead of grass? It's lower maintenance and uses less water too.
