I mean these guys are collectors not drivers, and they display their cars at shows so lots of people get to enjoy it not as a machine but as a work of art. Its a shame but I understand why people are willing to preserve one of a kind or historically significant examples so people can enjoy them decades later when they’re still in pristine condition. It’s like he said, there are so many other cars that the owner could drive, and the buyer actually ended up getting a different Diablo that offers an identical driving experience. How many opportunities does someone get to see a countach in the same condition it was 40 years ago when it left the factory, stickers and all? It’s not like the car is gonna be stowed away forever either, eventually it will be sold and may very well outlast every other example like it (not that was is anything quite like it to begin with but u get my point)

Theses guys aren't enthusiasts they're bankers, they just trade cars instead of stocks. They only care for the never driven, never touched, never seen vehicles. If your Diablo was used the was supposed, designed to be, they don't want it. It doesn't mean if it was crashed or modified, but if it was driven hard and a lot. Even with a pristine service history, a 50k miles unmodified Diablo ain't worth a dime to them.

This is a passionate, enthusiastic video made by a committed Lambo investor that is at best self serving- Temerian is using this channel as well as Curated TV to set the market on cars he has personally invested in. These Lambos as as "One-of-One" as classic Corvettes- based on interior trim, paintjob, drive train and mileage- As undriven cars, these "Unique" Lambos are more expensive to maintain than normal Lambos (lack of use complicates mechanical functions) They are also stressful to drive (the 200miles/year needed to keep it functional) difficult to live with, hard to insure and have limited financial upside, even as they are really pretty to look at... The community of cool, old millionaires who can afford to buy, maintain, insure and NOT DRIVE these special Lambos cars is small- As Temerian already knows ALL of these dudes he needs to convince these dudes that he can profitably broker exchange of these cars between them. Thing is, these dudes have the option to invest in a ski chalet, luxury watch, super-cute side chick or a cheaper, more driveable car (that can even come with a factory warranty). All of these options will be cheaper to buy, easier to insure, simpler to maintain, are less of a headache, have a better financial upside, offer the same insta clout and FAR more practical utility Temerian's wealthy investors will demand a certain ROI on these cars- Once prices dip below a certain threshold, Temerian's videos will change and start to highlight **"The incredible value of this AMAZING Lambo available for sale at a low-low price at Curated"** 🙂 Nice hustle! So while this video is at best self-serving, you cannot help but be charmed, entertained and impressed by Temerian's knowledge, passion and commitment to the brand.

Would companies like Curated ever be interested in establishing a fund where common investors (like me) could buy shares and receive a return on their investment at some future point? 6:06 to 6:49 so let me get this straight, you just started with the previous car by saying you spend upwards of a 100 grand fixing a car, and then you sell this man this time capsule of a car with 30 year old rubber on it, and then say its because of the rare paint that you bought it back and sold him another one, not because you put the man's life in peril with a 700 horsepower Supercharged V12 on rock hard rubbers that go wrong after 5 years you know it never fails, I always find a new way to hate you, either by illogical hate of someone who's ruining the car hobby and making sure the world never sees another miura on the road again by inflating the prices and doing nothing to bring them down or make them more usuable on the road, despite the fact that the people who made it, even the engine builder are still alive and could make continuation cars to replace the ones that we lost or that the man who owned the Twiggy Miura, a really great bloke I was just speaking to, cant afford to buy back the car thanks to people like you, despite the fact that it was him and his father that saw the value in it and drove them back in the day or simply by being a charleton like that who didnt even bother to throw in a new set of tires like that, and why dont you do the good thing and take that car, have it color matched find a basket case SV, fix it up, paint it and then sell that to him, that way you make two sales on one car and the world gets to see more of this lovely car that no one thought existed to begin with, as now you can color match the paint if you bump it a little, as your telling me with modern color matching technology and how much Laudi lamborghini uses solid block metalics, you cant replicate that color? I mean your friends with tavarish aint ya, take it to his lamborghini man, he showed off how much work their is in involved with matching the shades, and fades of the metalic quite well, to the point where if I ever get a testarossa I'm going to them to get them to match that beautiful black metalic purple pearl the miami vice car was in before they had it resprayed trailer truck white that they did and have it done by them.
