As years of mechanic, always a good idea to drain into clean buckets, in case you find something in the bucket, you know it came out of the unit, maybe catch problem before big breakdown

Chet, as for your measuring. A gunsmith shop I used to work at. We had a saying that fits here perfectly. Dumb luck over skill. May-Wes, from watching your videos and a few other farmers that uses them. Those guys are totally awesome and seem like they can do anything you want or need. I do know this. If I had the need for their products. I would for sure use them.

Drill you a hole in the side of one of those buckets near the bottom, but high enough that it will be above the metal lip that surrounds your pit opening and insert an appropriate adapter to connect to 1" clear flex tubing. Put the bucket under the drain and move the oil container that is in the pit near the bucket. Put the end of the flexible tubing in the pit drain reservoir and drain away without switching buckets. Thanks for the video.

That would appear to be a counterbore hole not a countersink but then I see they're installing countersink bolts. It might be a counterbore hole with a countersink hole too. I'd have to see a closeup of the hole that I didn't see. After seeing the bolts installed I have no doubt they're a combination hole, csk and counterbored together.

I hit a deer in SW MI going 75mph on I-94 with my Yukon. I was VERY lucky! My air bag did not go off and the deer hit and flew off the road. I was in the middle lane of 3 lane stretch. I pulled over at the next place I could. The only damage I found was a cracked right turn signal light and a dented front license plate. Turns out that the plastic housing around the turn signal light is connected to the front grill so they had to replace the whole grill just for that little piece of plastic ($2000). Insurance paid for a new right turn signal/daytime running light and I ordered/paid for a new left side one so they'd match. Altogether $3500 ($250 out of pocket) for that little damage .... GEES LOUISE!

This leave Doug-o he’s like Constantly managing the farm he’s not the top rung of the farm but he’s the eyes of The Farm Don. Yes Godfather Larson ( grandpa rich we never see!!) Too bad they didn't tell you the UHMW blade will self destruct in 5yrs even if you don't use it , sunlight will make crack up like safety glass in 1/4 " pieces. Good thing is they do make other kinds that are different colors and are stronger. they also make a caped bolt so it has a flush finish of the material. As for the bottom of the shoes yes operator error. You need to use with the lift arms in float mode. What is float mode and how do you in gauge it. Float mode is when the lift arm cylinders are in a limp mode ,as in you could put a jack under the bucket and jack it up but only the bucket will move , How to in gauge it ? Simply push the control vale for the lift arms all the way down past the down pressure , now when you roll the bucket forward only the lift arms move not the front of the skid steer. This also keeps the tracks flat on the ground for the most traction. Scruffy

I noticed Eric wearing the big cuff gloves, couldn’t tell if those were same kind I wore as a pipe fitter but I always use to take my bic lighter to burn that fine hair/fur off of them as they made gripping slipperier at 1st until got cutting oil on them ( broke in ) and made the nose itch after wiping the sweat off from under it during summer mths. and or just from hard work sweat which I haven’t seen Eric do 🤣🤣🤣 jk. Just a FYI about the gloves fellas. Be safe👍🇺🇸
