Tucker, I have a suggestion for you on what to do about your van windows where the the foam insulation covers them. Pro tip... If you paint the window glass from the inside with black spray paint, it looks like dark tint from the outside and people wont see the foam insulation from the outside. Its real easy cheep fix that works great. I've used it before on truck camper shell windows. If someday you want to remove the paint, it comes off easy with a razor blade.

Best to use tissue or paper towel to remove excess epoxy before wrapping with tape. Actually the cloth will absorb 100% of the epoxy no need to for any on top of cloth. Then wrap with plastic wrap then if need be add the reinforcement tape. Will give u a glossy finish without sanding

Since you are into paramotors and into RC airplanes, did you ever think about getting an RC paramotor? If you don't want to buy an expensive paramotor and have some time, you can build one on your own. There are some very useful tutorials on KZbin (e. g. by RC air adventures).

Once adventure takes hold, home becomes nothing more than staging ground for the next one. I absolutely love flying my paramotor, even though it still scares the shit out of me every time. I don't think I would have even tried it if I had not seen your 1500ft video. So, thank you for that. I have gotten old and have to choose my adventures more carefully. Where my physical abilities have decreased my financial abilities have increased. I have 2 new adventures planned for 2018. First, I am planning a trip to the Grand Canyon where I hope to fly my paramotor into the canyon. Second, and this is the one I'm most excited about, I am going to Nepal where I will spend 3 weeks trekking to Everest base camp. I really just want to hang out in the villages on the way for a couple of weeks but we'll see how far I go. Thanks for all the inspiration and as always.....Never take adventure lightly.

Damn it! I'm not planning to fly inside the National Park. There are plenty of places along the Colorado River just as interesting. But , I will spend some time planning so I don't run into any trouble. I've been putting together a light weight survival kit that will pack on the paramotor. Just in case things go south and I find myself hiking out of a sketchy situation. Too many factors. Never take adventure lightly.
