18:25 you lost me there too. Imagine a merchant having bad install experiences in the past and now you’re assuring him something will go wrong with your install as well. That will make the merchant consider staying either their present problematic position solutions. DONT EVER SAY THAT!!! Instead say this, “we’ve conducted over X amount of installs so just in case we run into any issues, you can trust we’ll get through it together. We’ve never run into a situation where we couldn’t install your hardware”. Or some young like that.

You lost me at 14:50. Restaurant owners do care about the menu and modifiers. Some systems have colored tabs and some don’t. Compare Hotsauce with Clovers tabs. It’s night and day. Modifiers matter because some don’t allow you enough characters to create a custom note. Can you place an order in English and have it fire to the kitchen in Spanish? This does matter.
