Pretty decent PSF and huge. Though reno work would prob cost $500k. Pity it's facing a "main" road and not nestled within enclosed landed enclave. Guess that's why relatively lower PSF.

As for why you would buy through us is, if u ring that agent, you'll realise the price isnt what is being proposed that individual.
