Great presenter and overall beautiful house. However, I notice the usual conundrum in such houses. Developers/architects don't put much thought about the pool area and let neighbours voyuer you. Should have done the pool up like Sevens founder's own home on the 3rd level.

And oh yea.. I agree a pool on the 3rd floor would most certainly be lovely. That too comes with pros and cons and in a sustainability point of view. Developers were thinking lower maintenance and greater privacy for this one.

@@SellingSingapore What privacy? Absolutely no privacy - imagine sister/wife lying on the patio in a bikini only to have a perv spy on them from the window of the neighbour's 2nd floor window. At least have a long skirting area and landscape with tall trees la and extend the width of the pool inward a bit more. Like I said, dev/architect really never put much thought into this.
