I am finding myself getting a bit bored with this movie, even though I can tell the writing is really well-done. The plot feels like it's dragging on, and I'm losing interest in the slow build-up. Could we maybe cut to the chase and get to the more exciting parts? I know the writer is talented, but I'm just really craving some action or a twist to reignite my interest.

They have to make money from their work, so it makes sense to expand stories into series with many episodes. Condensing everything would mean fewer views and less revenue. I don't mind the pacing of the series.

@nezentu I see where you're coming from, but I still think that dragging out a series just for the sake of more episodes can sometimes take away from the overall impact of the story. While it's important for creators to make a living, it's also crucial to maintain the quality and engagement of the narrative. If the plot feels like it's being stretched too thin, it can lose its excitement and emotional weight. I believe that a well-paced, condensed story can often be more powerful, even if it means fewer episodes. It's all about finding the right balance between quantity and quality.
