I think everyone’s reason right off the bat is women attraction for doing SR. I soon came to find it was very easy to relapse since my lust would become too strong. It wasn’t until I worked to separate my lust and look at women for who they really are along with my spiritual practice that SR became much more sensible and easier to do long term.

My usual routine is to find someone who's videos I like and then I sub (I think I came by your channel by recommendation on some other site, can't remember exactly. yes ive touched on this in my videos-- these flatlines can come in waves. Its like Grace helps us with this dopamine detox process though. It splits it up into stages as opposed to giving us the full blast all at once. For me the first 3 years had stages like that but after the second year then the waves of flatline started lose a lot of intensity and also they were shorter in duration and also happened much less frequent. Edging can delay the detox process. When we stop PMO AND edging then the detox is even more deep (and rewarding of course..)
