It's all true. I relapsed after a 5 month streak 2 weeks ago and still feel awful. I lost my mojo. I did this with meditation but not semen retention. But I’m sure semen retention would help with the confidence aspect as well. But Meditation literally changed everything. I threw away my pills after slowly decreasing my dosage for weeks. If you haven’t already I would commit to practicing everyday. Start with guided meditations if you’ve never done it before.
