practiced since 2020, my observations: -cold showers, workouts really help harvest this practice for long time -Focus becomes very sharp, in every field things are attracted at rapid pace. -people sense your confidence if triggered they will plot on you. -avoid public places, tiktok generation will try to trigger you or project insecurity. -you manifest crazy stuff in your life, it also brings evil eye/3rd parties. -You feel connected to universe, peace becomes easy but people will try to derail you every chance they get. -silence and privacy is only option for growth.
