La Quinta in Villanova are the best product in 3 Bed Independent villa segment. They are really spacious with large plot size. I believe, products like La Quinta 3 Bed Independent villas will never be built again in Dubai..

May you pls share your advise about 5 Bed Villas in Riverside by DAMAC...How is the product in terms of prices & floor plan.. the Floor plan is really nice with all Bed room are Ensuite , which we don't find in Many 5 Beds... your thoughts pls ....

How 5 bed Damac Hills Queens Meadow Built up Area is only 1,537.4 sqft? Looks too small it should be double

It seems Emaar is struggling to sell the Valley. On the website there is plenty of stock left, even from FG2 in the original development. is that a bad sign ?
